- International orders will be shipped 1-3 working days from Jakarta, Indonesia. Any orders will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the event of breakage during shipping, please contact me and we can arrange a refund or for sent out another item in the same value, I will do my best in this situation.
- Standard international shipping with Indonesia Pos. Please providing accurate shipping and contact information in your order. Some countries need tax id number for shipping requirements, I will contact you by email if it needed. Tracking information will be provided once the order dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary depending the country of destination, please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery. I will notify you of any significant delays or issues with your order. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
